JAL Introduces Sky Suites to Frankfurt Route
Starting in April 2014, Japan Airlines (JAL) will launch its Narita to Frankfurt route with a B777 full of new cabin products. JAL’s intention to make their passengers feel like they’re flying “one class higher” comes with new flat-bed seats in First and Business class and larger in-flight entertainment monitors and power sockets.
First class will have eight “JAL Suites”, and 49 “Sky Suites” in Business class, as well as a premium economy class consisting of “Sky Premium” seats and “Sky Wider” seats in economy.
These new cabin products were originally released on JAL’s London route in January 2013 and has since been used on the B777’s going to New York, Paris and Los Angeles. The new cabin products will also be introduced to JAL’s B767 aircraft.
