Qatar Airways Meets Miami in June
From Gulf to Gulf, Qatar Airways will open a new route to Miami.
As the airline’s sixth US destination, Qatar will fly non-stop to Miami from Doha as of June 10, 2014. The route will operate four times a week.
The B777-200LR will house this new flight. Business class has fully flat-bed seating, as economy will be 3-3-3 seating.
The new flight numbers? From Doha to Miami will operate as QR777 (08:40-17:20). QR778 (21:15-18:20) reaches Doha the next day.
Passengers from the Middle East, Africa and Asia will get a taste of Latin America, the Carribean, as well as the rest of the States.
The airline is a member of the alliance Oneworld, enabling passengers to fly one way Doha-Miami (or vice versa) with a return via Europe on American Airline or British Airways.
