Air France business class flights with full sleep seats
Air France’s Boeing 777-200ER will operate flights between Wuhan and Paris-Charles de Gaulle three times per week. The aircraft will have 250 Voyageur / Economy seats, 35 Business Class seats and 24 Premium Voyageur seats. Wuhan is now Air France’s 9th destination in Greater China
Business class passengers will have the pleasure of the full sleep seat in business class, which is wider, longer and roomier. When reclined, the seat is fully horizontal and provides passengers with added legroom, to add to the quality and comfort of sleep
The aircraft will employ Chinese interpreters which will be on board during the flights and members of the cabin crew have received training in the Chinese culture. Passengers enjoy a variety of subtitled Chinese films and Chinese movies, and a menu that is created by Chinese chefs.
A total of 92 weekly flights are operated by Air France and KLM weekly to nine different destinations in Greater China, which include Xiamen, Wuhan, Taipei, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Hangzhou, Chengdu, and Guangzhou.
CEO and Chairman of Air France, Alexandre de Juniac, stated that 45 years ago the European airline was the first to service the mainland China. Their service began by operating the first nonstop service between Europe and Wuhan. Air France, European’s air transport leader on routes to these destinations, intends to strengthen its position and to help to further the economic development in the region.
